Prices shown are approximate / local. All prices shown are ballpark, and for bookings local to New Orleans, and can go up or down based on a variety of factors.
Package 1 | Basic photos and videos
$600/day
Price shown is per photographer, per day.
Discounts apply to multiple consecutive days.
Includes:
- Speaker photos (up to 25 sessions)
- Attendee photos
- Photos of up to 20 vendor/exhibitor booths, with visitors in front of booths
- Group photo
- Video clips ( under 30 seconds) of speakers speaking
- Video clips (under 30 seconds) of attendees in sessions and social events
Does not include:
- Audio recording or specialized lighting
- Photo retouching
- Delivery on thumb drive at end of conference
Package 2 | Experience Video
$5500 for three-day conference
An Experience Video is a 2-3 minute video that captures the vibe of your conference, which is perfect for attracting new attendees and speakers for next time.
Check out the Experience Video we made for the LavaCon content strategy conference in October 2025, which featured dogs, llamas, and other social activities in addition to sessions. The video was finished in time for the closing ceremony on the last day of the conference.
The Experience Video package also includes everything in the Basics package, such as speaker and attendee photos and video clips from every session.
There are many details to producing an Experience Video, but we’ll work with you every step of the way to make sure yours is slick, fun, and everything you want.

Evening events
We’ll film clips of your Karaoke Night, Trivia Night, or Grand Party.
Small events: 1 cinematographer for 2 hours @ $250
Large events: 2-3 cinematographers for 4 hours @ $500 each
Video testimonials
Let’s get some juicy testimonials about your conference or product, caught on camera! This is an intense process requiring lighting, audio, two of our own dedicated people, and input from you, but the result will be compelling videos you can post on your own website.
